well, he's a lousy manager & organiser (in his personal life at least), not very responsible & self-disciplined.
the part about being sincere and honest and a serious, hardworking individual is very true though.
his feelings are not repressed at all to the one he loves, but sadly, he can be quite over-sensitive and temperamental and has a tendency towards mood swings. they can be very sudden and hit you when you least expect it.
sometimes difficult to fathom and requires a lot of patience in handling him.
