in the movie "just follow law", one impt lesson the lead actor taught is to cc and bcc. even in private sector this is essentially impt for survival. some bosses will buffer off shits, some will pass all the shit blame on... even those of their own.
therefore, even if it's harmful to environment [waste of paper], it's always good to file in amendments, instructions etc. wat to do? if we dun cc and bcc, who else will cc and bcc for us? wahahahahaa....

Before you cc or bcc do check properly that they are for the correct persons. If cc or bcc wrongly then you will also “CC” you know. Haha.
Civil servant takes very serious stand in TO :
TO : Meaning must take some sort of action. If the non-essential ppl kena inside your 'TO' column, they will shoot you back, asking what has this got to do with them !
CC : People will just read and See See only ! Even if they can action, or suppose to do something, they will act blur..cos CC mah ~

Haven leh...boring, Navy is separated into different formations.
This particular formation all went to see for free. Although our formation do occassionally send us to watch free movies too.
But i will catch it some day..~
