got sick of instant noodles and tried a new recipe... japanese beef curry with udon!added too much water, end up have to add in double potion of instant jap curry paste... the baby carrots ain't "mushy" enuff... beef costed me almost S$8... wat an expensive dinner! but the end result was yummy!! and here's the end product... *giggles*
