went for the Poetry Workshop organised by DPS on sat. i must say it was very interesting.... i wasn't really a poet (except by accident) and did not learn poetry in school... it's good to know what i've been missing....
of cos it's just scratching on the surface... how to cover everything in just 4 hours?! but it's a good start.... and i must say i had fun "chopping" up poems... hehehehe.... it's an exercise about line breaks lah... :P
the last exercise i got stuck tho... heng no need to "present" it.... it's to write a nursery rhyme about ourselves without "I".... ii got stuck with the nursery rhyme part!!!! it's been decades, how to remember??!! -_-"

hehehehe.... me too... was quite fun.... but brain was foggy for the last part on describing your life in the form of a nursery rhyme.... when i can't even remember them....hahahaha
actually i "cheated" by trying to write according to "twinkle twinkle little star" cos it's printed mah! :P
but .... "panda panda, black and white; eye bags so big, cover your eyes..." it just sounds WAAAAYYYY too kiddish -_-"
wahahahaaa...... hey TAT's much better than mine leh... :P
